ABOUT

Cal Poly Pomona’s Special Events Planning Class is set to host COM Day 2015. University students, community members and alumni are invited to receive a “one way ticket to success.” Guests are invited to enjoy a day of panels, networking opportunities, exclusive live and silent auction packages. This year’s theme focuses on addressing the way communication affects us all in every aspect of our lives. Come One, Come All, is a unified theme that brings all majors at Cal Poly Pomona together to learn and share professional experiences.

Communication is used in every career field and is the key to success. The event provides a platform for communication professionals to share their knowledge, experience and insight about current trends in media and for students to learn how to prepare themselves for successful and fulfilling careers. Join us on Thursday, May 21, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., in the Cal Poly Pomona, Bronco Student Center (Bldg. 35.)

COM DAY is planned, organized and executed by students of the Special Events Planning class under the direction of the faculty advisor, Dr. Dhingra, and is hosted by Cal Poly Pomona's Communication Department.
